"Did you know this about Texas?" Item two
Texas tattoos. They. Are. Everywhere. This isn't just for sports-crazed 300 pound men either. I personally have met one woman with a Texas tattoo who has no attachment to any Texas team. She just loves this state that much. I can't think of any other place in the US where this urge to get your state tattooed on you occurs. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I know at least 5 people with MO tattoos. One of them also has a PA tattoo, because she's originally from there.
really? missouri tattoos? really? that confuses me...but then i guess columbia is a confusing place.
Well, people often get tattoos to commemorate a specific time in their life, so I think they wanted to always have a tattooed reminder of their time in MO. Lots of people (obviously) love whatever state they're from, not just Texans. I think Texans just tend to talk about it more for whatever reason.
I think the cutest tattoo I ever saw was an outline of the state of MO with a heart where Columbia was. Awww.
